St. Charles Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated RN to provide high-quality nursing care for patients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The role requires critical thinking and effective communication skills along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Applicants should hold a current Missouri RN License and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. Experience in an ambulatory surgical center or critical settings is preferred.

Formación

• Current Missouri RN License is required.
• Must have previous nursing experience in settings like ASC, PACU, ICU, Medical Surgical, or Telemetry floors.
• Must demonstrate proficiency or willingness to learn various nursing software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Participate in direct patient care and maintain a safe environment.
• Follow physician orders and assist in training new staff.
