Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Used-car Reconditioning Technician for our Porsche North Houston team. This role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to work on high-end vehicles and advance within a growing company.

The daily duties include diagnosing repairs, reviewing vehicle histories, processing parts orders, and performing authorized repairs. Candidates should have 1–2 years of service tech experience, complete technical training, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of service technician experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Completion of technical training or factory apprenticeship program.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable, self-motivated and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willing to undergo drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair or service job from dispatcher or technician terminal.
• Diagnose and report required work for authorization.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins for campaigns.
• Document proposed work and notes for parts and repairs.
• Order parts, complete repairs, and perform test drives as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and proper tool conditions.
• Keep training records and follow safety guidelines.
