Job summary

Qui Tequila is seeking Brand Ambassadors to host in-store demos at Costco and other retail locations in and around Plano West, TX. The role focuses on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic storytelling. Training and sales materials provided.

Part-time position with 15-28 hours weekly, pay 27-50 USD per hour, benefits include bonuses tied to bottles sold, and flexible event scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a confident, professional presence.
• Reliable transportation within the Plano West area.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus.
• Able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot into the store at the start of each shift and back to the parking lot at the end, along with product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
• Able to remain standing for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Host in-store product demos and tastings.

• Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers.
• Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with store staff.
• Track engagement and submit recap notes after events.
