Job summary

Sunglass Hut is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and drive sales through product knowledge of eyewear trends and warranties.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will maintain an appealing store environment, participate in training, and support omnichannel service across platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; timeliness essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Team player, collaborative and adaptable.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking under pressure.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales targets via upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back-of-house areas.
• Provide omnichannel customer service across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
