Strategic Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Komos Tequila Brand Ambassador to act as in-market authority, developing relationships with on-premise accounts and ensuring high visibility for Komos Tequila. You will train staff, implement promotions, and support consumer events across the territory.

You will manage social media content, collaborate with distributor partners, and travel within the market as needed to drive brand awareness and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in winery marketing, sales, or distributor sales.
• Experience with owned social media and networks.
• Understanding of local market knowledge in the alcohol beverage industry.
• Experience with Event or Hospitality Management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 21+ years old and obtain Liquor License as required by state/locality.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes brand and trade advocacy strategy for Komos Tequila.
• Build relationships with key market stakeholders, distributors, influencers and accounts.
• Plan and deliver engaging brand and category education presentations.
• Drive AP, PODS, consumer events in On Premise and Retail per advocacy pillars.
• Create and manage consumer activation strategies and events.
• Provide support and training to accounts; manage collateral materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Distributor teams to drive promotions and strategy.
• Monitor trends, gather real-time content, and report insights.
