Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms at our Fort Myers properties. You will clean and service rooms to brand standards, restock amenities, and ensure guest comfort throughout your shift. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active.
• Reliable, organized and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
