Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Birmingham, AL is seeking a qualified Pilates Instructor (Reformer) to deliver premium reformer classes and personalized sessions. You will coach with precision, create an exceptional studio experience, and help members stay consistent to drive results and retention.

Responsibilities include leading small-group reformer classes, conducting 1:1 sessions, providing hands-on corrections, and promoting structured programming while maintaining a premium studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with reformer certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience teaching group fitness or small-group training.
