Great Smiles Dental Care in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our private-practice team full-time. Earn premium pay with a Monday-Thursday schedule and Fridays off, in a modern, low-stress environment.

You will provide comprehensive hygiene care, periodontal therapy, and patient education, while collaborating with Dr. Wendelschafer and a supportive staff to maintain exceptional patient experiences.

Formación

• Active AZ RDH license.
• Active AZ Local Anesthesia Certification.
• Active Laser Certification.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1+ year RDH chairside experience in private/general dentistry.
• Proficiency with digital x-rays, intraoral imaging, and dental practice software.
• Commitment to high clinical standards, warmth, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care, scaling and root planing, and advanced periodontal therapy.
• Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort.
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Dr. Wendelschafer, associates, dental assistants, and staff for efficient operatory turnaround.
