Glass Tint USA is seeking skilled Paint Protection Film Installers to join our automotive services team. The role focuses on meticulous PPF application, pre- and post-install inspections, and delivering exceptional workmanship.

Training is provided, and you will work with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality results. Starting pay is $16.50/hour with room for growth through performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PPF installation, automotive detailing, vinyl wrapping, or a related field preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Experience with precision-based, hands-on work such as window film installation or ceramic coatings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply PPF to vehicle surfaces with high quality and precision.
• Inspect vehicles before and after installation and address issues to ensure optimal results.
• Handle customer vehicles with care and maintain their condition.
• Educate customers on PPF benefits and post-install care instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper tool storage.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with techniques and products.
