Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Premium HP PC Sales Representative for Best Buy Costa Mesa, CA. You will engage customers, showcase premium PCs, and train store staff while leveraging AI-enabled features to enhance the shopping experience.

The role offers $19.00 per hour, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays (up to 14 hours), weekly performance bonuses up to $100, daily pay options, and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Responsibilities

Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products
Document and report sales accurately
