Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced registered nurses for FirstChoice mobile staffing, offering premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility. RNs will float across hospital units and sites as needed, supporting patient care across the system.

Opportunity to work regionally and nationally, with 3x12 day shifts, immediate start, and DailyPay options. Requires RN license and specialty credentials (ACLS/PALS/BLS) with 18+ months in Med/Surg or 2+ years in other areas.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Apply nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Work independently within license and scope of practice; delegate appropriately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
