Best Buy in Cary, NC is seeking a Samsung Home Theater Expert to demonstrate and sell home theater products in-store. You’ll receive training to become an expert and explain complex tech in simple terms to customers.

You’ll collaborate with fellow sales associates to ensure the team is ready to assist customers with the brand, while maintaining knowledge of new Samsung technology and promotions.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
• Preferred: experience as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
• Support sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives and overall financial performance goals.
