Job summary

Best Buy Lincoln is seeking an LG Home Theater Expert to work in-store promoting and demonstrating LG home theater products. You’ll receive training and translate complex tech into simple terms to help customers see the value. You’ll collaborate with sales teams to ensure customers are served expertly.

You’ll maintain product knowledge, keep the department organized, and share insights with vendor partners and market teams. 18+ and 1 year of sales/CS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new home theater technology.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
• Educate other team members about LG home theater products.
• Provide feedback on products and customer engagement through calls and in person meetings with vendor partners and market teams.
