Job summary

Old Town Smiles, a boutique fee-for-service private practice in Old Town Alexandria, VA, seeks a licensed general dentist for a full-time four-day week. You will perform comprehensive dentistry with an emphasis on complex cases, implants, and cosmetic dentistry, supported by advanced technology and structured mentorship.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, DDS/DMD, and residency training. This role offers premium patient care in a high-quality environment with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist with 3+ years of experience.
• Residency training (AEGD/GPR) strongly preferred.
• Experience in advanced procedures (implants, endodontics) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crowns and fillings.
• Handle complex restorative and cosmetic cases including implants.
• Provide extractions, bone grafting, Invisalign and sleep apnea treatment (training available).
• Mentor and collaborate with team to deliver premium patient care.
