Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain tile, marble, terrazzo, and carpeted floors.
• Dust mop all floor areas prior to deep cleaning.
• Operate a 175 RPM floor machine to strip floors and remove old finishes.
• Apply floor coatings for a uniform, polished finish.
• Use a high-speed floor machine to buff floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Pre-treat carpet stains and spots with chemical solutions.
• Shampoo carpets with specialized equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
