Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

Pay starts at a flat rate of $36 to $55 per hour with an expected annual pay of $75,000 to $180,000. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years related experience or equivalent
• ASE Certification preferred (not required)
• Dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team to ensure accurate estimates and timely work
