24 Hour Fitness in Bothell, WA seeks a Fitness Coach to deliver personal and small-group training, build client relationships, and drive results. You’ll create tailored programs, track progress, and grow your book of business within a team-oriented club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED required; CPT certification or degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field.
• Ability to grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to motivate and coach clients.
