Boomtown Design is seeking an experienced finish carpenter and installer to join our team, crafting cabinetry, millwork, and furnishings for high-end homes and commercial spaces.

The role requires precision, teamwork, and the ability to read shop drawings, measure precisely, and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to lift heavy items and maintain a safe workspace both in shop and on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years finish/trim carpentry experience.
• Experience installing cabinets and millworks in high-end spaces.
• Ability to read shop drawings and interpret measurements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and professional workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Carpenter with installation of custom cabinetry, millworks and furnishings according to project specifications and timelines.
• Assist with processing of parts and assembly of cabinets and products.
• Support production and installation logistics to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize building materials in shop and onsite.
• Set up and maintain a clean, safe work environment in shop and onsite.
• Perform measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials using shop tools.
• Communicate with project team to ensure clarity and accuracy in execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Other tasks as needed.
