Job summary

The Related Group in Miami, FL seeks an Executive Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet transportation for the CEO and other executives throughout Miami and South Florida. This full-time position based in Coconut Grove offers competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term stability.

A company vehicle is provided. Candidates should be calm under pressure, trustworthy, and exceptionally knowledgeable of the region’s roads, with the ability to coordinate schedules and routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years of professional driving experience.
• Prior executive chauffeur experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with executive protection or security teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally transport the CEO, executives, employees, guests, and visitors in Miami and South Florida.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic, and adjust routing to protect arrival times.
• Coordinate with the CEO’s team on schedules and itineraries.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality while ensuring passenger privacy.
• Assist passengers with entry/exit and luggage as needed.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and well-maintained; perform safety checks.
• Maintain travel logs with times, mileage, and trip details.
• Adapt to flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
