Job summary

Compass Group USA at Darlington Raceway is seeking a Premium Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under supervision. You will set up and serve, maintain temperatures, and ensure accurate execution of events during your shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning the area, returning items to the facility, and providing friendly, efficient service while upholding safety standards and knowledge of the menu and products on hand.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftover food and equipment to the facility.
