Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to promote Hisense products in our Charleston store. You will engage customers, assess needs and budget, and provide expert recommendations to create confident, memorable purchases.

You’ll stay current on Hisense products through training, use in-store tools to access promotions, work as part of a team, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience with competitive pay, employee discounts and well-being support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of consumer electronics experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences
