Job summary

Citrin is hiring across Minnesota dealership locations. You’ll greet customers, move vehicles safely, organize inventory, and help with tasks that keep the showroom running.

Normal hours are Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM and Saturday 7 AM–3 PM, with both part-time and full-time options. We offer weekly pay, automatic raises up to $2/hr in two years, a $200 sign-on bonus after two weeks, PTO from day one, and 401(k) after a year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with world class hospitality.
• Move vehicles safely and organize inventory.
• Assist with vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control.
• Learn dealership operations through varied tasks.
• Possibility to drive vehicles off-site at some locations.
• Maintain Citrin standards for vehicle presentation.
