Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, fresh foods in a timely manner for guests in all premium areas of the ballpark.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, steamers, convection ovens, mixers, and meat slicers.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in the work areas.
• Test foods for proper cooking and portion, arrange, and garnish plates for delivery.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and estimate food consumption.
• Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment.
• Ensure excellent attendance and flexibility to work scheduled events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or prep cook.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Possession of a valid food handling certificate if required by law; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Benefits

Hourly rate of $13 to $15, with benefits including 401(k) savings plan and matching.
