Job Summary

Join the Premium Clubs Team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and deliver excellent service during exciting events. If you are passionate about hospitality, this is your chance to contribute to memorable guest experiences.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide friendly, courteous service throughout the event.
• Distribute menus, present specials, and answer menu questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and specials.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages timely.
• Adhere to alcohol service regulations.
• Communicate special requests to kitchen or service staff.
• Verify food orders and ensure presentation standards.
• Process payments accurately following cash handling policies.
• Store and label food items properly, following safety guidelines.
• Set up tables according to specifications.
• Complete logs, safety, sanitation, inventory, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive environment and smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Accurate order taking and timely service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Valid certifications such as ServSafe Food and Alcohol, and Food Handler certification may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant or sports entertainment industry preferred.
• 2+ years of server experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in various temperature conditions.
