You will balance the books at shift end, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all interactions.

Responsibilities

Conduct marker and front money transactions on player accounts including deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, and issuances.
Assist guests with redemption and/or purchase of chips and tickets.
Process and verify guest credit and check-cashing activity and exchange chips/tokens.
Document all transactions per company standards and Title 31 regulations.
Cash personal checks and assist guests with cash advances per vendor instructions.
Balance bank at end of shift and secure assets.
Verify and redeem acceptable foreign currencies.
Perform 10-key calculations.
Provide service aligned with core standards and brand attributes.
Obtain and maintain necessary licensing.
