Job summary

Jones Road Beauty is seeking a Retail Sales and Support Associate for our Georgetown, Washington, D.C. store. You will engage customers, answer questions, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will promote the Jones Road brand, assist with product recommendations, and support inventory, cleanliness, and event activities to help reach monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent verbal communication; ability to influence and convey messages clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Promote the Jones Road brand and assist customers with product selection; process transactions through POS.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock inventory, and manage in-store walk-in traffic and appointments.
• Answer inquiries, provide store information, and escalate issues to the Store Manager as needed.
• Support store events and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
