Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards. You will represent Ulta Beauty and Clinique, support the Experience Manager, and focus on service, customer relationships, and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong sales, product knowledge and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples and make product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to hit Clinique sales goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contact with a growing Clinique customer list.
• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and communicate benefits to guests.
