Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Premium Bartender Non-Tipped for on-call, part-time shifts across client sites such as lounges, stadiums, corporate offices, hospitals and campuses. Create classic and innovative cocktails, take orders, and serve drinks while ensuring bar area cleanliness and stock level.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience, preferably in high-end establishments or hospitality management.
• If applicable, holds an appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend.
• Mixology certifications/training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create classic and innovative cocktails, select glassware, garnish drinks, and educate customers about the drink menu.
• Take orders and serve drinks directly or via waitstaff, assessing customers’ needs to make recommendations.
• Maintain the bar area, keep it neat, sanitary, and well-stocked with ice, beverages, and bar supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, check IDs for alcohol purchases.
• May train and supervise employees as directed by onsite management.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliability.
• Other duties as assigned depending on account requirements.
