Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is recruiting automotive technicians, auto mechanics, and service technicians with a pathway to master technician roles across the U.S. and Canada.

This opportunity offers high pay, signing bonuses, and performance-based incentives in modern shops equipped with advanced diagnostic tools. You will work on domestic, import, diesel, and electric vehicles, with paid training including EV diagnostics and ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician, auto mechanic, service technician, or auto tech.
• All experience levels considered, including entry-level technicians and master technicians.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Personal tools required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repair and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Handle warranty repairs, recall repairs, and dealership service work.
• Maintain high-quality standards as an automotive technician or service technician.
