No formal experience is required as our comprehensive training program equips you to succeed. This role is field-based, offering autonomy, a personal schedule, and earnings tied to output.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, with strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected, along with the ability to work

• Analytical mindset with numerical literacy is essential.
• Experience in bookkeeping or financial record keeping is a plus, not required.

• Flexibility & Freedom: Be your own boss—set your schedule between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., choose your workload, and grow your business on your terms.
• Pay Per Audit: Your earnings are directly tied to your output. The more you audit, the more you earn.
• Field‑Based Work: Meet with policyholders onsite, review records, and verify operations—no two days are the same.
• Scheduling appointments with policyholders
• Reviewing payroll, sales journals, cost records, etc.
• Verifying class codes based on business operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Must reside in the advertised geographic area
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required
• Minimum typing level required: 40-60 WPM
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to think independently
