Entry level role focused on supporting the premium audit function and can be located in either of our Sentry offices located in Stevens Point (Strongs) or Madison, WI (Regional).

What You’ll Do

• Reviews and disseminates mail, email, and fax audit report submissions for all lines of business and all states. Assesses records received and communicates with insureds and agents when additional information is expected. Creates referrals to underwriters on pertinent information after the review process.
• Assists with responding to insured and agent questions and requests.
• Calculates and bills final policy premium after audit has been reviewed.
• Assists with reviewing and processing invoices from vendor audit firms.
• Initiates and completes necessary policy changes following established department guidelines.
• Works directly with Supervisor on timely and accurate test audit submissions.
• Evaluates voluntary audits on small to mid-market accounts for accurate classification and policy provisions to develop final earned premium.
