Best Buy in Florida is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to represent Shokz headphones. You will engage with customers in your department to understand needs, showcase the latest Shokz products, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll receive ongoing training, work as part of a team, and help explain promotions. The role requires strong people skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals.
• Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees.
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth.
• Generate future opportunities by discovering customers' current and long-term tech needs.

• Maintain specified department merchandising and organization.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
