Ideal candidates have 2+ years of bathroom remodeling and carpentry experience, strong measuring skills, and a valid driver's license. Power tools and readiness to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling or home renovation experience.
• Strong measuring and layout skills.
• Ability to read measuring tools, levels and squares.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
• Experience with power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in customers' homes.
• Remodel bathrooms using carpentry and trim carpentry skills.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
• Educate customers on product care and maintenance.
• Complete installation paperwork and submit job photos.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and materials in company vehicles.
