Job summary

Associa is seeking a Security Officer to maintain the security of a property, greet guests, monitor access, and respond to emergencies. The role emphasizes vigilance, customer service, and adherence to safety protocols at a non-typical office site.

Officers may patrol, document entries, and enforce parking regulations while supporting fire prevention and safety tasks. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Guard Card, with 0–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
• Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors.
• Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safety violations.
• Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/traffic enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
