BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco, CA seeks a Premises Security Defense Attorney with 8+ years of insurance defense and premises/general liability experience. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to advance within a national coordinating counsel team.

You will draft pleadings and briefs, attend hearings and depositions, manage a full litigation docket, and keep clients updated on case status, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 8+ years of insurance defense, premises liability, catastrophic loss, and/or general liability experience.
• Negligent security experience is a plus.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Dispositive motion practice experience.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
