Snell & Wilmer’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group seeks to hire a counsel attorney with eight or more years of experience in high-exposure premises liability and catastrophic injury defense litigation to join our dynamic team in our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have experience defending resorts, security and events contractors, product manufacturers and other large commercial enterprises in high-exposure premises liability matters, including wrongful death and other catastrophic injury claims.
Candidates should be proficient in all phases of litigation, including dispositive motions, expert-intensive discovery, and depositions. First-chair or significant second-chair trial experience in catastrophic injury or wrongful death matters is strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required, as is admission to practice law in Nevada.
Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members.
This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. Compensation for this position will depend on factors including book of business, anticipated yearly billable hours, and experience.
