Job summary

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking hardworking Groundskeepers to maintain the golf course and support daily conditioning for pristine playing conditions. This hands-on role involves outdoor work across greens, fairways, and landscape areas, contributing to high standards for Members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in turf management or outdoor work environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily golf course setup, including tee markers, hole locations, and course accessories.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, raking bunkers, and debris removal.
• Maintain greens, fairways, roughs, and surrounding landscape areas.
• Assist with irrigation monitoring and basic adjustments.
• Support agronomic practices such as aerification, topdressing, seeding, and fertilization.
• Operate and maintain golf course equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance facilities and equipment.
• Assist with special projects and course improvements as assigned.
