Job summary

Relativity seeks a Lead Customer Success Manager to own Premier Tier outcomes and drive high-value relationships across PSP accounts. You will coordinate the account team, foster AI adoption, and lead change management efforts at the executive level.

You will design methodologies, mentor peers, and partner with sales to identify growth signals while maintaining trusted advisor status with GCs and senior partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Customer Success, Consulting, or strategic account management.
• Track record managing enterprise/premier-tiers with executive-level influence.
• Ability to design and share playbooks and enablement assets.
• C-suite credibility to lead executive conversations and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Premier-Tier outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams and ROI-focused reviews.
• Lead AI adoption and change management at senior levels for governance and risk.
• Develop and execute high-impact customer success programs and methodologies.
