PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker based in Mentor, OH, to lead Mass Affluent client acquisition and relationship management within Wealth Management. You will develop strategies, manage ecosystem partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions to deepen share of wallet and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include proactive outreach, leveraging sales tools, and coordinating with PNC Financial Advisors to provide integrated banking and investing guidance.
As a Premier Client Banker within PNC’s Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Mentor, OH.

Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Certifications: None required.
Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred. Life and Health Insurance preferred.
Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
