Job summary

Truist is seeking a seasoned Premier Banker to manage a mass affluent client portfolio with a broad spectrum of retail banking, investments and insurance solutions. You will develop client relationships through personal financial planning and advisory concepts while coordinating with IRM partners for integrated service delivery.

The role requires strong relationship management, extensive product knowledge, and compliance with FINRA licenses and mortgage requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and financial services experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning and advisory concepts.
  • Active FINRA licenses or ability to obtain within 100–150 days.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients and deliver a broad range of retail products.
  • Profile clients to update understanding of financial needs and advise on investment accounts.
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide financial planning resources to clients.
  • Meet revenue, profitability and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services.
  • Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance services.
  • Build relationships with external centers of influence for business development.
  • Operate within audit/compliance framework to ensure a compliant portfolio.
  • Participate in Premier Banking program development and policy execution.
