Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mansfield, OH. This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity, and ensures timecards are submitted. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and flexible shifts.

Candidates should have strong problem solving and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a bachelor's degree or international equivalent preference for management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.

• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Demonstrates UPS’s high ethical standards and code of conduct.
