Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor for warehouse operations. The role trains and oversees Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of tasks.

You will be responsible for attendance, timecard submissions, and guiding staff through operational processes. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving and multitasking
• Strong oral and written communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
