Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers in Texas invites an experienced attorney to join our plaintiff personal injury practice. You will meet clients, manage discovery and motions, and guide cases from intake through resolution while upholding our core values and aggressive advocacy for clients.

With a team lead mentoring your development, you’ll balance client needs with strategic analysis, conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and collaborate across offices to secure favorable outcomes for those

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited school.
• State bar certification in Texas.
• 2–5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Multitasking and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.

• Efficient Caseload Management: Be proactive, not reactive, providing exemplary customer service to your clients. Your strategic insights will be critical in driving our business forward.
• Lead, Manage, and Accountability of Pod: Develop and implement strategies that nurture productive and friendly relationships with the support team, ensuring alignment with our company’s overarching goals and objectives.

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• State bar certification in Texas
• 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
• Organizational skills and planning – Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.
