Celebree School of Smyrna is seeking a PreK Teacher Assistant to join a nurturing, energetic preschool team. You will help create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, support young learners, and reinforce Celebree's mission and values every day.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschoolers.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and engaged.
• Incorporate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom and materials.
• Establish open communication with parents to share progress and insights into the child's development.

Monday through Friday: All shifts are available (Morning, afternoon and evening)

• Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to help preschoolers develop communication skills, vocabulary, and a love of reading.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration.
• Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Signing bonus

$500 after completing 90 days.
