Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for specific age groups of children.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.
• Observe each child to help them improve social competencies and self-esteem.
• Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional arguments.
• Guide children to develop artistic and practical capabilities through a structured curriculum.
• Organize nap and snack times and supervise children for safety.
• Track children’s progress and report to parents.
• Communicate with parents regularly about children’s background and development.
• Collaborate with other educators.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
