PreK ECEAP Assistant Teacher - Battle Ground (Project Management)
Support for Early Learning & Families (SELF) seeks an experienced, engaging, and dedicated PreK ECEAP Assistant Teacher to join our educational community. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting directly to the Center Director. This position is based in Vancouver, WA.

Support for Early Learning & Families (SELF) is a nonprofit organization founded to improve opportunities for children in our community. Our work focuses on community awareness and advocacy for early learning, kindergarten readiness, and school success for all children.
SELF partners with Educational Service District (ESD) 112 to staff and facilitate childcare centers in southwest Washington. Our programs support children from birth through school age, catering to diverse backgrounds and needs. We foster a community dedicated to our mission of supporting children and families.

The PreK ECEAP Assistant Teacher supports providing a safe, engaging environment for children aged three to five in the ECEAP program. Under the supervision of the Lead Teacher and Center Director, the assistant helps prepare classroom materials, supports curriculum implementation, and promotes developmentally appropriate practices that foster independence, curiosity, and social skills. The role involves documentation, family communication, and modeling positive relationships with children.
