This role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, and collaborating with parents and general education teachers to ensure compliance with educational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a valid Texas teaching certificate. Responsibilities include conducting ARD meetings, ensuring timely evaluations, and maintaining communication with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-Year College or University.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate in the area of Special Education required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with general education teachers to provide special education accommodations.
• Schedule and conduct ARD meetings to ensure appropriate placement.
• Plan necessary time and resources to support educational goals.
