Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Prefabrication Integration Manager to lead project-level prefabrication execution and guide teams across preconstruction and construction phases. You will develop training materials, establish execution plans, and coach project teams to apply prefabrication principles for better delivery.

You will collaborate with JE Dunn’s Mechanical/Electrical divisions, Virtual Design & Construction, scheduling, and field operations to drive lean, risk-aware, and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 8+ years manufacturing and/or engineering experience (Preferred).
• 0-2 years people management experience (Preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• May require extensive periods of travel.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level support efforts for prefabrication strategies and execution plans.
• Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction and construction phases.
• Capture metrics tracking for identified prefabrication plans.
• Contribute as SME for client projects and learn client-specific prefabrication programs.
• Collaborate with field, operations and support positions at the project level.
