ArchKey Solutions is hiring an Installer - Prefabrication to join our dynamic team in Hammond, WI. You will assemble, install, and verify prefabricated components with precision to support fast-paced construction projects.

As part of our Prefabrication Shop, you will follow detailed blueprints, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure quality and on-time completion. A high school diploma and trade certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated parts according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
• Install prefabricated components on-site or within designated areas, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and installation logs.
