• Safety is the highest priority in prefab operations.
• Leads coordination between prefab, project management, field leadership, VDC, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operations across the prefab facility.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and control manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and production flow to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure prefab assemblies are delivered on time and meet quality expectations in line with project schedules.
• Communicate production capacities, lead times, and issues to stakeholders to support field planning.
• Develop strategic scaling plans to increase prefab throughput and scalability.
• Oversee inventory controls, material flow, and maintenance of prefab equipment.
• Standardize work methods and continuous improvement initiatives across the shop.
